Professional Thai English language Last Will and Testament template specifically written for assets in Thailand. This will template contains a limited jurisdiction clause (limited to Thailand) and is made in the form according to section 1656 of the Civil and Commercial Code:

 'A will may be made in the following form, that is to say, it must be made in writing, dated at the time of making of will and signed by the testator before at least two witnesses present at the same time who shall then and there sign their names certifying the signature of the testator. No erasure, addition or other alternation in such will is valid unless made in the same form as prescribed by this section'.

This type of will does not have to be notarized or authenticated but must be properly witnessed. 

Note that there is no requirement for foreigners with assets in Thailand (e.g. a condominium) to make a Thai will. Foreign wills are enforceable in Thailand, however a Thai will can be considered if there are specific reason to make a separate will for Thailand such as:

• you live in Thailand and you are married to a Thai national and/or 
• you want to dispose of your Thai assets separate from a last will and testament made in your home country, or 
• there are financial liability reasons to dispose of your assets in Thailand separately.
