Land lease agreement over part of the land

It is not required that the lease must be registered over the total area of the land title deed. It is possible to register a lease over part of the land. This land lease agreement in Thai and English is similar to a normal land lease agreement but drafted for leasing (renting) part of a larger plot of land under 1 title deed.
