I hereby revoke all wills and codicils heretofore made by me only in so far as it relates and disposes of my present and future real and personal estate of whatever kind and character in the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Thailand. It is now my intention that this Last Will and Testament shall relate solely to my present and future real and personal estate of whatever kind and character in the Kingdom of Thailand (my 'Thailand Estate’)
I declare that I am married to ________name____, of ___address______, age ____ years, to which I have referred to herein as ‘my spouse’, and that I have _____ children now living whose names and birth dates are:

All references to ‘my children’ in this Last Will and Testament include all of the above-named children and also any child hereafter born or adopted by me.
1. In the event that I shall die, I do hereby appoint my spouse to be the sole executor and personal representative of this my Last Will and Testament; but if the appointment of her fails by reason of her death or any other reasons including unwillingness to act, then I appoint, _______ _____ , of __________ __________ to be the executor in place of my spouse.
My personal representative, whether original, substitute or successor, shall hereafter also be referred to as my executor.
My executor of this Last Will and Testament shall be authorized to carry out all provisions of this Last Will and Testament and may appoint any person to act as its agent.
2. I wish my funeral to be conducted in accordance with any directions I leave with this Last Will and Testament. I direct that my executor shall pay all of my funeral expenses, and/ or costs for repatriating my body to my country of birth, administration costs and all of my debts in Thailand as soon as practical.
3. I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my Thailand Estate, of whatever kind and character, to my spouse, provided that my spouse survives me.
I make no provision for my children, knowing that, as their parent, my spouse will continue to be mindful of their needs and requirements.
4. If my spouse does not survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my Thailand Estate, of whatever kind and character, to my children, and I direct that my Thailand Estate shall be divided among my surviving children in equal shares.
5. No erasure, addition or other alteration in this Last Will and Testament is valid unless made in writing and signed and dated at the time of the making of such erasure, addition or alteration by the Testator in the presence of at least two witnesses who shall then and there sign their names certifying the signature of the Testator.
6. This Last Will and Testament has been made in two identical duplicates. One set shall be retained at _____place______ and another one set is kept by the Testator.
7. If any portion of my Last Will and Testament shall be held illegal, invalid or otherwise inoperative, it is my intention that all of the other provisions hereof shall continue to be fully effective and operative insofar as is possible and reasonable.
8. The laws of Thailand shall govern the interpretation and administration of this my Last Will and Testament.
9. This Last Will and Testament is made in both English and Thai language. In the case of any discrepancy between the English language and Thai language, the English language shall be used for interpretation.
