Our aim is to offer you quality legal services and legal documents online in English and if necessary in Thai script at a fair price. We hope that you will be pleased with the legal service and/ or documents you receive. However, should there be any aspect of our online service with which you are unhappy, please raise your concern to us and we will do our best to find a solution. If, for any valid reason, you are not satisfied with the service and legal document that is provided to you (e.g. if it contains mistakes or any omissions) and you request a refund a full refund will be provided, as long as you request such a refund no longer than 10 days after you have received legal advice or the document. Our agreements are drafted and will be provided in English and if required in Thai scripts. Participating Thai lawyers are not creating a lawyer-client relationship by providing contracts/ documents or other information to you through this site.
Our online service is provided as a general service over the Internet and should not be construed as specific legal advice for any specific factual situation. The standard contracts provided through this website are meant to provide a guideline for common and standard situations. If you feel that your particular case require more specificity than provided with the contract or document you should have an independent lawyer review the document, or use our lawyer help service.
