However, should there be any aspect of our online service with which you are unhappy, please raise your concern to us and we will do our best to find a solution. If, for any valid reason, you are not satisfied with the service and legal document that is provided to you (e.g. if it contains mistakes or any omissions) and you request a refund a full refund will be provided for you, as long as you request such a refund no longer than ten days after you have received legal advice or the document. Our agreements are drafted and will be provided in Thai and English.

		You receieve the document(s) in a word processing format by e-mail, usually within 1 to 5 business days or in some cases instantly after we received your payment.
By ordering a standard contract or legal document, you agree that the contract/ document may be used for your personal use only and may not be copied, published, sold or redistributed, whether for free or for a fee.
		All copying and distribution of any of the contents of this website or documents supplied through this website is forbidden.

The use of any contract/ document provided through this website is authorized solely for one specific project or one specific transaction.

Our online contract/ document service is provided as a general service over the Internet and should not be construed as specific legal advice for any specific factual situation.
