En ventre sa mere

French language for 'In his/her mother's womb' or 'in his/her mother's belly'. Standard legal language and refers to the unborn child (fetus in utero) which is accepted to be a minor, provided it is subsequently born alive. Found for example in section 15 Thailand Civil and Commercial Code second paragraph: 'the unborn child (in his mother's womb) is capable of rights provided that it is thereafter born alive.'

Escrow

An escrow is a legal arrangement in which money, documents, or other property are deposited with an independent licensed escrow agent to be held on behalf of the contracting parties until the agreed contractual conditions have been fulfilled. In Thailand, escrow arrangements are governed by the Escrow Act B.E. 2551 (2008), and licensed escrow agents are generally banks and certain authorised financial institutions.

Euthanasia
The act of deliberately ending a person’s life to relieve suffering, while it is a subject of ethical and legal debate in many countries, active euthanasia is not permitted under Thai law.
Executor

Executor (ผู้จัดการมรดก), in relation to inheritance and wills, means the person or institution named in the Will to carry out the terms of a Will. The executor (or when appointed by the court the estate 'administrator') is responsible for paying any debts and distributing the remaining assets in accordance with the testator’s wishes or, where no will exists, under Thailand’s inheritance and succession laws.
