A Thai
marriage visa refers to a Non-Immigrant Visa Category “O” issued to foreign nationals who are legally married to a Thai citizen. In addition to meeting financial requirements, such as showing sufficient funds in a Thai bank account or proof of monthly income, the applicant must also provide a valid
marriage certificate, proof of cohabitation, and other supporting documents. This visa allows long-term stay in Thailand and can be extended annually at the local immigration office.
