The owner refused to refund the deposit, THB 160,000. The reason is that the damages are much, the deposit covered the repairs. It does not make a sense for me. He is a rental businessmen, with lots of units. So, he can make bill lists as much as the deposit amount. After check out inspections, he stopped to contact with me, then, with asking, a month later, informed me not to pay back and see me in the court. He is a foreigner, so do I.
