Can I make a thai will and power of attorney in Thailand to cover worldwide assets
I am a UK citizen living in Thailand. Can I make a will in Thailand to cover my worldwide assets. I dont have a UK will as I dont have assets in the UK. I also want to make a power of attorney for my son. If done in Thailand will it be recognized elsewhere.
