Building permits and property tax
I am building a Hydroponic farm in Loei. I use plastic and aluminium greenhouses that are bolted to the footings and as such are full removable. The Or Bor Tor now wants to charge us property tax and wants us to apply for a building permit. In my opinion these are not buildings. The land is rented and the greenhouses are owned by my company. What is our legal position?
