Sample servitude contract. Servitude or right of servitude is the subjection of a real property (land but could also be a condominium unit) to an easement or a specified use or enjoyment by another and is governed by the Civil and Commercial code sections 1387 to 1401. Servitude in Thailand can involve several kinds of benefits and burdens, this could be a right of way (easement) but could also impose for example building restrictions on a neighboring land.
