Land Usfruct with Loan Agreement

Usufruct agreement for land in Thailand including a loan agreement between the Thai land owner and the usufructuary. The loan is given for the acquisition of the land, interest on the loan is set-off against payment for the right of usufruct of the land.

This contract structure gives the right to build on the land and own structures on the land, however ownership of the building will be lost on expiration of the right of usufruct.
