Can the executor and witness a Thai will foreign?

For making a Thai last will and testament in Thailand, are the witnesses and or executor/ administrator of the will supposed to be of Thai or can they also be of foreign nationality under Thai law?

Last will, witness and executor of the will in Thailand

Only the following person cannot be a witness of a last will and testament in Thailand: 1) Minors (see reference link) 2) A person of unsound mind or quasi-incompetent persons under a Court’s order 3) Deaf or dumb or blind persons 4) The legatee/ beneficiary of the last will and his or her spouse. The following persons cannot be the executor of the will: 1) minors (see reference link) 2) Persons of unsound mind or quasi-incompetent person under Court’s order 3) Bankrupt person under a Court’s judgment
